Huskers New Coaching Staff Set For Home Visit

2025 Five-Star Recruit Michael Terry III to Visit Nebraska

Huskers' New Coaching Staff Set for Home Visit

Terry Among Nation's Top Unsigned Football Prospects

Five-star defensive tackle and 2025 top-10 recruit Michael Terry III will don the Scarlet and Cream as he visits the University of Nebraska on December 2.

Terry III, from Glennville, Georgia, is regarded as one of the nation's best overall prospects who earned his fifth star after a dominant junior season.

Over 35 Division I programs have offered Terry III a chance to play for their school, including Alabama, Georgia, Ohio State, and LSU.

Terry III's decision is a testament to Nebraska's new coaching staff

Terry III will be among the first recruits to be hosted by the Huskers since Matt Rhule took over as Nebraska's Head Football Coach in November.

Rhule and his staff have hit the recruiting trail hard, offering dozens of prospects and landing a number of top targets in the 2024 cycle.

The in-home visit will give Rhule an opportunity to show Terry III and his family Nebraska's plans for a resurgence on the field and details on the academic value the university.

Terry III is one of many elite prospects Rhule hopes to sign

Nebraska has signed just one five-star recruit in program history, with that being Ndamukong Suh in 2005.

With top-10 national recruiting class for 2024, headlined by four-star quarterback Richard Reese, Rhule is off to a great start.

Adding Terry III to the fold would be a major statement for Nebraska, who is looking to return to national prominence under Rhule's leadership.
